Just like any program or product for sale in the United States you will always have customers who are unsatisfied with a product and they will launch a campaign of complaints on the internet to try to squash the company they felt did them wrong. I can understand being an unhappy customer myself for a lot of different items I have purchased in the past as well. I feel their pain. I want to help address the notion that there is an epidemic of ViSalus complaints going around and shed some light on the topic for you.

First, I would like to say that yes, I promote ViSalus and at the writing of this article, I have been involved with Visalus for about 3 weeks. I have been very happy with their nutritional shakes (Vi-Shake Mix) and have already lost 10 pounds on the program. I feel strongly about the program so far and do not feel like many complaints about ViSalus or the Body By Vi Program are valid or not a product of someone just having a bad experience because of their own faults.

What is ViSalus and What is Body By Vi?

To sum it up, the ViSalus Body By Vi Challenge is a program that allows you to purchase the Vi-Shake product from Visalus to help you lose weight and achieve a goal that you set during a 90 day period. The Vi-Shake is loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber. You add a meal replacement shake or two to your daily diet and you can achieve your fitness goals. This is a simple program that anyone can follow and anyone can promote.

ViSalus Complaints?

I can see that people would have complaints about the program if they do not follow the program correctly or if they have issues with their individual distributor. Lets talk about the program issue first.

The program is simple, for those people who need to lose the most weight, you drink a shake for breakfast and one for lunch then eat a sensible dinner. Used as a meal replacement, the Vi-Shake provides enough nutrition to allow you to have a healthy lifestyle to help you lose weight fast. I can see that people who do not eat sensible dinners or do not follow the program to the letter can feel like they have been duped and would want to request a refund. As for ViSalus complaints dealing with refunds, I am sure they have a comparable record to other major companies who deal with shipping products around the country as well. You are never going to please everyone.

ViSalus allows you to sign up as a distributor which allows you to work as an agent of the company by selling their products. This is a great way for the company to bring in new people and have them promote their products and sell them for the company. It is not a marketing scam by any means. I can see how having a large population of distributors can be helpful, but it can also be detrimental to the ViSalus name as well.

If you have distributors that are not exactly acting on the best behalf of the company, you are going to get your fair share of complaints and I am sure ViSalus Complaints from this group of people are the large majority of them. ViSalus does have a superior ranking with the Better Business Bureau so that should help you when deciding on if you want to either become a ViSalus customer or a distributor.

There is No Epidemic of ViSalus Complaints

All told, there is no real epidemic that some companies or competing distributors would have you believe in and that the products and services that ViSalus provides are not up to standard. I can honestly tell you that the program is top notch and the system that they have setup is one of the best marketing management systems out there. Anyone can start their own home based business with ViSalus promoting the Body By Vi Challenge.
