Clix Cents First Impression
The Clix Cents website is a step back in time from the usual Web 2.0 beauty we are used to. They have pixelated images as the header of their website which does not promote confidence in the business. There website design is lacking any real design. 
Aside from aesthetics of the site, which to be honest is not that important a factor to decide if you want to earn money using it, the website is simple looking which may bode well for someone looking for a simple way to make money with Clix Cents.
Clix-Cents.com is also promoting another website called 5 Dollar Money Bomb (http://5dollarmoneybomb.com/clix-cents) on the top of their homepage. I am not sure if that is a good sign. If you are trying to build up a website and are promoting another site at the very top of your page, one that seems to be a competitor, then that is not a great sign.
Overall the first impression of this program is that it is a simple program with 9 steps to making money. They lay out exactly how the guaranteed payout system works on the front page in nine simple steps. This is a good thing for Clix Cents to do as some programs do not spell out the ways to exactly make money until you join up. The first step to join into Clix Cents is free as well. Free is good.

How Does It Work
Like I mentioned previously, there are nine steps to making money in Clix Cents. Your main goal is to go in and click on ads and then also refer friends to join the program as well. You move from starting out as a free member to a bronze, silver, gold all the way up to a “Working Capital 3″ member. From the look of it, you need to maintain your membership level to continue to get your payouts at that level and always be referring new members to the system. They cleverly list the top 10 payouts to prove the system is paying someone on the right side of the homepage. The top person when this Clix Cents Review was written received $1015 and the number 10 person received $245 as their payouts.
Now, this does not seem like the kind of program that can or will make you rich. Clicking on ads and referring people through whatever means could be a simple way to make a few dollars. Think about the numbers here. Out of 3759 total members as of this Clix Cents review being written, the number 10 top earner was paid out $245? That does not equate to making a living with this system.
I do believe that for people who want to make a few dollars here and there, this system could work very well. It seems to be very popular in countries like Venezuela, Pakistan, Serbia and Ukraine. All developing countries where a dollar can be stretched out very differently than in the US.
Is Clix Cents a Scam?
I do not believe Clix Cents is a scam. I do think it is a lower tier money making system on the internet. I do think that if you want to make more money doing more business online, you would be better off going in a different direction. This business is made to spoof clicking ads. It is paying people to spend other people’s money to be honest. Now the way that ads are being served and the way they are monetized on the internet opens that business up for companies like ClixCents to capitalize on, but that is not their fault. This company is just taking advantage of the system. They are trying to share some of the profits with their members as well.
What I do find funny is that they have a clix-cents.com for advertisers they talk about below the description of the system. I would not want to advertise through a system that pays people to blindly click on ads to make money. They have zero intention of actually clicking to go purchase or sign up for anything. Clever ClixCents, very clever.
Summary
Overall I would look for another means of making money instead of going with Clix Cents. I have written a Clix Cents review and read many more and most of them say the same thing. If you can find other means, please go a different route. If you need a few dollars for doing very simple tasks, then give it a try. You really have nothing to lose.
